2. Use of the Service
- The user agrees to use the Service in accordance with applicable law and good practice.
- The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for keeping their credentials confidential.
- The Service must not be used in a way that compromises its data security, availability, or the data of other users.
3. Right of Use
The user receives the right to use the Service for the duration of their subscription. The Service, its software, and content are the property of the Service Provider or its licensors.
4. Prices and Payments
Prices and billing periods are stated at the time of subscription. More detailed terms are on the Payment Terms page. Prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
5. Service Availability
We strive to provide the Service continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance breaks and development updates. We aim to notify of planned outages in advance.
6. Limitations of Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. The Service Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. The maximum liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the user for the Service during the preceding 12 months. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by intent or gross negligence, nor to the mandatory rights of consumer customers.
7. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is described on the Privacy Policy page.
8. Termination of Contract
The subscriber can terminate their subscription from the Service settings. The Service Provider may terminate the contract if the user materially breaches these terms. After termination, data will be retained in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the Service or by email.
10. Applicable Law and Disputes
Finnish law applies to the contract. Disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiation and thereafter in the Pirkanmaa District Court, unless mandatory legislation dictates otherwise. A consumer customer may also refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board.
